I got a call from this number with a man saying he was an officer of the Supreme Court of Texas. He said that he was calling to collect an unpaid payday loan that I had never recieved wanted my debit or credit card information.

I got the same phone call today how they are??? I never took any pay day loans

It's all a scam!  They are calling me!  Don's pay them!!

I received a call from this number demanding that I pay them, I have don't my research this is a scam

Same thing happen to me. They said that I have legal actions towards me for not paying a cash advance. I have never took out a payday loan.

My sister actually received the call cause she was my reference and they told her if we don't call them they are going to prosecute us. When I called this guy Alan said filed a complaint against my name he had all my info. Then he transferred me to his supervisor who had a badge number his name was John. I told him I'm at work I don't have time for this B.S. I never accepted money from anyone or bought anything I haven't paid for and said I will be calling my lawyer and he never called back

Received a call from Allen Taylor then transfered me to his supervisor Thomas Green trying to collect on a payday loan I never recvd!

Please beware of these people. They called me at work several times asking me to settle $300 that I apparently owe from CashNet USA. They have all my personal information. I told Kevin Jones (has Indian accent) that I don't owe any money from that company. I asked him why he's calling me at work. He said the only way they would stop is if I settle. I knew something is fishy so I told him to give me the phone number of the company who I owed money to. He gave me phone# (512) 800-6781 with a matching case number. Instead of calling that number, I called CashNet USA. I found out from them that they don't even do business in Georgia and I learned that I am a victim of a scam. Although they have my information, there is no way they can go further that's why they were trying to have me pay the money.  Kevin Jones who claims that he is from Legal Department always transfers me to his supervisor Thomas Green. The transfer is so quick and they sound exactly the same.  CashNet USA advised me to tell them that I had called their office and they don't do business in our state. They also advised me to get as much information as I can to help them with their investigation. The phone number of the people calling me from work is (909) 237-4806 CA.

Just got a call from this company I know they are a scam so I very politely told him when he asked what I want to do "I want you to stop stealing person information off websites and trying to scam them out of money. I have contacted my lawyer my local police and the company that I supposedly owe money to and all have said it's a scam. Now you can stop scaling people or I will find a way to press charges and you can pay me money." he then replied I will send FBI to your house and you will spend 2 years behind bars and said yeah ok stop scamming people now. DO NOT give them any money

I received a call from these people. They went as far as providing a real law firm name and when I called to verify they said they do not have record of me. I informed the law firm I was just following up because I knew it was scam. I would like to get further information from them so I can file charges.

we just got the same phone call today saying that my husband was going 2 go 2 jail but would not tell me why. and would not tell me anything this guy also had an indian accent name sounded like alan i told him i was calling the cops and he told me he was coming over 2 my house and then told me 2 lick pu**y. i dont care what company you work for but you cant tell someone that so this is a big scam and all me and my husband was trying 2 get was a pay day loan over the computer and if you have done or tried 2 get a payday loan over the computer thats how they know your info
