They claim they are a loan company

My number they called my number 7 or 8 times today and they will not answer when I talk to him or then they keep calling back and hang up and call back and I hang up and call back and I hang up 0

i tried to get a loan and they asked for money to secure a loan.. I should have known better, but i was in a bad place so I did>>>> needless to say they stole my money!!!

Someone from this number keeps calling me. I Hang up and they call back to back to back, also talking dirty on the phone.

Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail:

Loans
1.    No reputable lender will lend you money over   the   phone.
2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At  least in   most    American states.
5.    If   you want to borrow money,   go to an established brick and mortar   lender that has been around awhile.
6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community. Also,  those who might be in financial difficulty.

now they forward my data to collection agency. and they want to pay out from me 2500$.  and decide to pay them next Friday. if i will not pay i will be behind the bars,,,,,,

What they heck is the "botam of your hart"?  I am not familiar with that part of a male deer.  BTW, you are just a silly shill for the illegal "loan" company or one of the scammers. It is illegal in the entire US to offer a loan by phone and request any money before the loan has been received.

This number has been calling me telling me that i was approved for a loan and i did apply for a couple of loans so i believed them.. they told me i had to "verify" that i had a certain amount of money to get the loan because of my pour credit score which didn't make since to me but im in a rough spot right now and "david" told me that i would receive a loan of 5000$ but really they/he or whoever just ended up stealing my money and i want it back or them put in jail one of the other will happen i "assure" you of that david so either you can give me my money back or go to prison it your choice

They are a scam and no you will not be behind bars do not send them anything!

Scam Company claiming to be Advance America. I keep telling them I did not apply for a loan. I will not even talk to them anymore I just hit ignore.  a scammer cannot scam the unwilling.
