I got the same call.  I have Cigna and that is not their number

Another obnoxious, unsolicited call, where the caller left no message. I did not answer. I'll put that number on my ever-lengthening list of spam callers.

TX number listed as Cigna Corp.  This is not Cigna Insurance number which has an 800 number.  refused ID refused to leave message = illegitimate call.  A phishing scam operation.  I am on the DNC list.  Reported.

More calls from Cigna Insurance trying to telemarket supplemental insurance.  I called them back and requested that they stop calling me.  Robert with a Texas accent said they'd immediately remove me from the calling list.  We'll see if he keeps his word.  Reported once again to the FTC.

This is a legitimate #, which is routed to the sales department for supplemental insurance, such as lump sum cancer, heart/stroke, etc policies. I just obtained 2 policies, but did not finish 1 of the quotes online. I saw the missed call & called back. Spoke with a sales agent who transferred me to customer service & they verified my 2 new policies were approved. Sales picked up the 1 quote I did not finish, so that is why I was being called. Don't stress out. If you have done an online quote recently, this is why they are calling. Or... they simply obtained your information through a leads system & are cold calling you. Either way, it is an authentic Cigna #.
