They called, left a vm. Called the number back from another phone and some automated "blah blah Remax blah blah, next available agent will be with you in less than a minute." Waited several minutes, no answer so I hung up. Called back later, girl answers phone. I ask for Russ. She says "he's unavailable, you want to leave a message?" I told her he left me one so I was returning HIS call. Not 15 seconds after I hung up I got a canned text from the number, "Hi this is Russell with Remax. Thank you for your real estate inquiry. Do you have a moment to go over your request?"

I reply with "I don't have a request, I was returning your call. Perhaps you were calling to show our house?" (our house IS on the market and listed with another agent). It's been almost an hour and no reply.

Interestingly enough, my spouse just got the SAME EXACT thing on his other phone! This is clearly a rogue agent phishing/sniping listings.
