Received a call from an unknown/blocked number. This number is where one is instructed to call. I did NOT call it so I don't know what would happen. Voicemail left on my phone says, " This  is Tiffany Davis, I've been retained by???(someone/ some entity). I need to serve legal paperwork to "Brian Fisher" Within 24 hours. Please call detective "Ryan Brown" if you have any questions."  Then it gives this number.  As I said, I didn't return the call, don't know what they're up to, but I certainly don't want to get on any kind of call list by returning the original anonymous phone call. Don't know any "Brian Fisher"s either.

ID themselves as "McCauley Davidson and Associates".  Long history of debt scamming.   Many complaints all around the internet.   So far as I can make out this group is a phantom DBA of some other group.  According to their Face Book Page they are in Amherst NY.   I can't find any record of them on the New York  Secretary of State's records.  No LLC, no corporation.  They could be the remnants of a group already busted by the NY Attorney General.  In either case ignore them.  Report them.

I just received a call from Robert Lopez er something like that.  Asked for me but I told him that I do not confirm anything over the phone and that if he wishes to speak to me to mail me something.  He hung up....
