Person said they had very personal information to share with me and needed to confirm my birthdate. He said he wasn't a "telemarkter, the cops, or anyone that would reach through the phone to grab you by your neck." So I asked what they needed to discuss because I wanted an idea of what he wanted and he kept saying he couldn't tell me until I at least confirmed my birthdate. I had already confirmed my name (stupid). Told him I was at work and that unless he could give me an idea of what he wanted we weren't continuing the conversation. He kept trying to get me to confirm birthday so I hung up.

I got the same call and they wanted me to confirm my birthday and address. Said he's from some bank i didn't recognized. I asked what this was about and he said he will tell me once I confirmed that information... Told him I was not going to confirm anything over the phone. He then said If I don't confirm then we are not able to continue the conversation so I told him I guess this call is over then.... And he hung up.

They just called have me a name &said is this who I'm calling for, I said I had no idea who he was he said he knew that but he needed to verify I was who they were calling for then I asked what company&he said it so fast then said this must be a bad time&hung up,with no further information.

Answered call from this number, the caller hung up.

I received a call from this number.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I got a similar call recently and the guy wouldn't tell me who he working for but mentioned an account in Mine and my husbands name and wanted to verify my Social Security number.  He wouldn't answer my question so I hung up.

Got call, knew my name, and once I admitted it was my name, he asked to confirm my address and last 4 of my social, and them described the call as a recorded debt collection call.   He then told me that information from that call would be gathered to sue me.  I cut him off at that point, and told him that I consent to nothing, and ended the call.

Got a bot that said they were going to be serving me a legal summons. I haven’t done anything wrong though so probably spam
