This is DLS solutions collection agency based out of Tonawanda NY ( associated with Empire Asset Management - Buffalo, NY 14215) same owners just new one of their businesses with a different name. They already been banned for there illegal collection practices they just changed names. Please do not be fooled by the scam if you going to be served you would NOT get a phone call to let you know you being served and they wouldn't wait 48 hours either.. Call your Attorney General Office in your state and report theses creeps!! Asap!

Agree with Dani. I've been told 3 times cops were coming to my door and never showed. Don't know if scammers trying to get money, or if they are collectors with crappy skills. (Ive had a new phone number and received collection calls on 3 people and Pharmacy calls on another, told 3 Companies not their phone number, 1 still calls. Obvious the phone number is not going to match the address- common sense

Received a call from this number asking me personal info and told it’s a legal issue and since it’s a “AUSTIN” area code, I felt I needed to answer but with a hard to understand accent from the caller requesting info that the state should already know, I caught on! If you call back it’s a busy tone,  It’s a shame that they can legally do this and get away with it and so sad knowing some will fall for their threats and lose money or whatever it is these people are wanting or taking! Shame Shame Shame!

they called 3 times a days

They called and left a voicemail that if I didn't respond within 48 hours that documentation would be issued.  The caller gave her "name" but never identified with a company.  Left a return number of 844-824-3750.  I am not calling back though.

Called ID showed up as Austin, stated they were a legal firm; however, would not give any information!!

Just got call 5 min ago....Stated he would be accompanied by police to house with him to make sure things will be civil...  to serve documents?  I said I’ll be waiting at the door with my best Sunday outfit on!! Bring It!

caller stated he was Frank Devino saying they were coming to serve me with a uniformed officer and for me to let them know if i had large animals or fire arms. If I did not respond they would serve me unannounced at my place of employment. If i had questions to have my atty call their claimants office at 844-412-8680
