512-943-4566 shows Calling Party Name ID as "Ritter Andrew," and I assume that this was once a number owned by this person (in Leander, TX). When the number is dialed back (from another number to avoid confirming my number as active), a message is played that the number is "no longer in service." This is likely a call where the ANI (Caller ID) was spoofed, and is likely a call to confirm my number was active to either sell to other scammers to run a con, or to later con me themselves. Jokes on them, though. I don't ever answer my phone.
