Received 2 back-to-back calls from this number on my cell at 4:34 a.m. on a Sunday.  I did not answer, and the caller did not leave a message.

Received a call at 6:50 no message.

Got a call on my cell that woke me up at midnight last night. Called it this morning at 8:30 and it said something about combined emergency transportation and communication automated attendant. It asked to enter your party's 5 digit number. What I want to know is why they call so damn late. I'm going to call again later to see if I can get a real person and tell them to stop calling.

random times of day calls from city of austin this number no message no one there, late at night early am just random.  If I call back I can't get a person just a recording that says no one is there it's an automated attendant.  Scares me to receive late night calls.

This means your number has been incorrectly entered as a primary or secondary contact number for a City of Austin emergency management team member.  The call could be anything from calling in staff for a water main break to bringing in on-call personnel for handling a 24-hour staffing team shortage.

Please call the non-emergency help line at 3-1-1 and tell them your phone number is being incorrectly contacted by the CTECC automated attendant.   They will need your name, phone number and the time/date of the call to find which team member the system was intending to call.

They won't stop calling off a private number

I received two calls from this number after my doctor's office called for an ambulance for me. I had passed out again by this time (over an hour after I called my doctor) but it was likely EMS trying to reach me.

I received a phone call from Austin 311, using this number, in response to a complaint email I sent to them letting them know that our mailboxes had been broken into again for the third time since Sept. I don't know why they do not use any caller ID.

Phone is doing it’s own thing. It dialed 911 and I couldn’t get it to stop then this number called back to back.

My phone did same thing this morning, called 911 at 6:58am, everyone was still asleep. Then 1 minute later, that 51e 974 0999 called and left no message.  I freaked out, who called from my phone. Will cops show up, thinking its a prank call?? My phone is doing odd things now, it is very old!!

My phone did the same thing and below the missed call it had a timer going saying it would be in emergency mode for apprx 3 min and some seconds. It also had something like ICE on the countdown. I just canceled it. Don't know what that was all about.

I received a call from this number and I didn't recognize so I let it go to voicemail. The automated message said I was the contact number for a medi-alert bracelet and "the patient" was on the way to the hospital by ambulance and I needed to call Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services. I'm not in Travis County so I called 911 and they had no idea what was going on.

If you put in a Austin 311 request then they would call you 2 times before not contacting you. If you did not call 311 and put in a request for somthing call 311 and tell them that you have been incorrectly called by the city of austin and they will cancel from calling again. If you DID put in a service request but you didnt awnser 2 times you need to call 311 and tell them that you still want to recive a call for your service request and then in 48 they will call again next time they call  you should awnser

Its the city of austin phone number.. they call you on it if you have put in a 311 service request. They call you 2 times before they calling you. If you did put in a request call 311 and tell then that you need to make a new reqeust so they can call you again, If you did not make a request call 311 and tell them that the City of Austin mistakenly called you, Hope this helps!
