I received a call at work and on my personal phone from this number stating that court documents were to be delivered to my work address and that they wanted to let me know because they didn't want me to be surprised.    It was regarding a payday loan that I gave to a settle agency to handle - CashUSA.    They stated docket number DMP-39624 but they never give their company name.  I called all the courts in the area and they said they didn't have any numbers that started with those letters and then looked me up by name and didn't find anything on me there either.    They called again and I spoke with a third party who I had to ask what payday loan place this was for.   He said they mailed me something but I never received anything and then he said he didn't get anything from my settlement company so I said I would check.   When I told he that DMP# was not a court docket number he said they hadn't filed the summons yet . . .    I googled and couldn't find any delivery company named "Security Management' and the number was for a private party in Texas.    My settlement company called this morning and no one answered the phone.   Anyone every have a PD loan with CashUSA and deal with anything like this?

I got the same call today and they left a message. It confused me because it was for a family member but the caller said my cell # was their contact information. They sounded very professional but when I contacted the family member they said it was a collection agency so ignore it.

I been getting a call from this place for almost a week already and they called a family member looking for me but I do not know how they even got that number and I called to ask what was it about they would not tell me anything either only that they gona have someone come to my job and give me some paperwork.is this a scam or what? because I never had a loan with cashusa before.
