Since I don't know anybody in Ohio, I didn't answer the phone. No message was left either. Caller id only displayed "OHIO CALL"

This number keeps calling my phone.  I didn't answer the phone when they called and they left no message. After them calling a few times I called the number back. The man, a foreigner, answers the phone with a simple hello. Said he needed to verify info with me before telling me the company he was from and I said no way, I'm not verifying anything until I know who you are and why you are calling. He knew my social, address, where I worked etc, but I still would not verify anything. He said it was protocall to verify this info to make sure he was talking to the right person before he would go into details. First of all, a legitiment company would not answer their phones with a hello, they would answer with the name of the company and their name. I told him to stop calling me I was not giving him any information. This is scary that someone would know all this info . He would not even tell me what his "company" was unless I verified this personal info.

It came up on my phone as an Ohio call and 21 Day Loss Program / I sent it to Voice mail and they then proceeded to call again, I let it ring, and when it went to voice, I am guessing they hung up
