got 2 calls from these scammer low life %@$ one said pcms the other said john sihna seriously

I had two calls one said there was a criminal complaint against me and my social security number and the last one today was I have been officially notified

Left a message saying we have a criminal complaint on your name and SS #, we have now filed a request press 1 to speak to an agent now or call is back at (513) 258-0476

Same message. Saying  there was a criminal complaint against me . For What???  No name or company name. just to press 1 to speak to a representative regarding this.

Received same call stating that I had failed to respond to a criminal complaint.  Sounds like it is a scam and definetly a violation of the FDCPA. Will forward to Attorney General of Ohio.

Called this morning left a message there was a criminal complaint against me and that I should contact a representative at 513-258-0476.

If someone doesn't say your name or their own on a voicemail that draws major red flags. This is obviously a scam!

Threatening me with a warrant for my arrested if I don't wire them money , calling my job. They saying they are attroney.

Called stating similar to others that there is criminal complaint and to call office and press one.

After hours robo greeter ID themselves as "US Mediations".  Most likely a debt scamming operation.  Being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you cannot be arrested for it.  Ignore and block these calls.  Something called US Mediations or United States Mediations or United States Mediation Services or USMS or similar,  has a history of calling and threatening criminal prosecution for civil debts.

Jennifer Reyes called a client of ours saying they had a warrant for their arrest.  I called Jennifer Reyes back to inquire about this information..  Ms. Reyes said she was a fraud attorney in Ohio.  She couldn't find our client by name or the phone number she called to leave the message on.  She denied being a collection agency and was horribly rude and arrogant.  I checked the State Bar for Ohio and there is no Jennifer Reyes as an attorney there.  I tried calling her back to get her bar number and the number is no longer going to a live person.  Imagine that..... Scammers.....
