I answered the call - they asked for my wife by name.  When I said she wasn't home but I could take a message, the woman said that there was no message to be given.  When she hung up I called back the number to see if they'd identify the company upon answering.  After several "rings", they answered saying "thank you for calling back, (my wife's name)".  I said it wasn't her and I simply wanted the name of the company or a message, and the man who answered repeated what the woman had stated on her call:  no message, they'd call again.  Hmmm.

They have called my cell a couple of times but left no voice mail.  Added to the reject list.

Left a message that they were with Duke Energy and call them back and "be sure to have my statement in hand"... I didn't call them back

Called me twice and left a blank voicemail each time. Blocked.

They call constantly the name they are using is Ohio Dept. of Health.  That's a lie.  We never answer the call bc they are spoofing for information
