Same stuff as above, complete with them saying "a.d me" instead of "add me".... What does that mean? computer generated?

Who do you report this stuff to?

Same thing happened to me. They keep using different numbers and do it like 2 month. When i reply "Who is this" they either never answer back or they say something like "Oh no.. I have no signal :(  
I dont know what this is about, but they need to stop. Its super creepy.
