Just received a call from this number.  I said "hello" twice and with a noisy background she said "can I speak to the head of household".

I replied, this is cell phone and on the DNC list.  Remove me from your solicitation list, resale lists and don't call again.

. . . which is why they call for someone else to begin with! They didn't call YOU - they just got you by accident so they can just tell you about their "charity" and try to part you from your money!

the job is called telemarketer, most of these ladies and gentlemen are doing a job , getting paid and contributing to their own welfare. what would it feel like if she did what you wished upon her????

if they are calling your cell phone, simply go to the number that called and block that number.  It's that simple.  These calls are annoying but all you have to do is block it and you're done!
