Caller said she was from  fraud  department  and i needed to call right away. Then called  back said  she was from  a different  department and i needed to call  now. Sounds like a  scam

Left a message saying she was Catherine Bauer, and had some kind of legal thing to serve me in my county.  She's full of crap, and the company is full of crap.  I've been through this before.  They call a bunch of times, then they tell you that they are coming to your place of business to serve you papers.  Last time, I told her, come on over.  I'd like to take a look.  My address is, blah, blah, blah.  She never arrived...

Just got a call and subsequent voicemail from this number from Catherine Ballard (or Bauer, not sure which) - Here is the message, "This is Catherine Ballard (or Bauer, not sure which) with a documented call of record.  I need to speak to you immediately.  You can reach me at 513-318-4430 - 513-318-4430.  Thank you."

I don't know who this is, but I have a feeling it is a scam, as I have been getting a lot of those types of calls lately. Looks like the same person just called the person who reported above me as well...

She says her name is Catherine Ballard.
