Suspicious call for the person who handles the "Duke Energy Bill"

Calls from this number throughout the day. Number is unfamiliar, so I looked it up here. Caller never leaves a message, and I will not pick up calls from a repeat dialer who does not have the courtesy to leave a message.

Caller asks for person who handles Duke Energy bill and doesn't even introduce himself. Very early in the call, this caller is highly unprofessional, and we don't care to do business with unprofessional people who don't tell us who they are up front. At our organization, the person who handles the Duke Energy bill works out of her home office - not at our organization. Try to get information from this caller, as it is required, and the caller won't give it. Very frustrating and highly annoying. Wish I didn't have to answer these calls - but job requires all calls to be answered. The caller phones repeatedly. One day, the caller interrupted a busy day - twice within an hour. It's hard to believe that with telemarketing laws in place, callers like this still continue to get away with their harrassment!
