I got a call from this number but know who it was from and they don't live in the area the number suggests...not even the same state!

I am also getting hang ups from telephone 513-322-0007. Mostly around 7PM or later.

Called at 4:10 pm by unknown person with a strong non-american accent. When i asked her who she represented, she hung up.

called  when picked up said f_ _ _   u @ 10 am on 6/10/09

I also recieved a hang up from this number 11 am on 6/23/2009...I tried calling back and it just rang and rang 30 x and no answer.
On reverse phone look up I found a map of where call is coming from.Map for CINCINNATI, OH on Fourth street.

On Google maps this puts us in the Duke Energy Building in Downtown Cincinnati.  
If this continues I will be calling Duke Energy and reporting the misuse of their equipment.  
All I ask for is a little phone etiquette;  "Sorry, I called the wrong number."
Who knows, this could be a scam to see if you are home to send someone to break into your home when you are not there!

i got a call from this number he said he need could not understand what he was saying he said a number but could not understand it he gave a case no.as 8172925 if i can;t understand what he is saying to me

They are calling my job and they are not located in cincinnati. The other number he gave was 9543747555 which is hollywood fl. He's posing as a bill collector. Report this to ftc 8773824357

A lady with an asian accent asked me if anyone has diabetes.
She knew my name also. Told her I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST and not to call me again. first call was on 7/13/09. Several calls since then but did not answer until today. Charity? Telemarketer? Whatever, this needs to STOP!!

Answered and they hung up!

I received 3 calls from this number. My guess is that this is a generic identification that shows up on caller id bc the person that called me was from Pakistan. Being this number appears as Cincinnati but person is physically in Pakistan, this maybe some type of id that pops up when they use certain international or long-distance codes to make calls. Just a guess here!!!!

I receivevd a call from this number last night on my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to VM. I then checked my voice mail a rude gentleman with a very thick accent left me a threatening message about having my lawayer call back immediately to 323-474-0044 or he could not be held accountable for the outcome. Needless to say I was curious so I called both numbers and they both just rang and rang for several minutes.

The Official Small Business Association is what they identified themselves as.  Being that many people have conflicting information about who this caller is, I think it would be safe to know that this is a phishing scheme.  They are trying to get you to say 'yes' - or to capture some other information and sign you up for services etc that you did not want.

This is the phone number that came up on our caller ID when a telemarketer called saying we had won an "8"-day vacation (4 days FL, 2 days Daytona, 3 days Bahamas -- I know, it doesn't add up to 8.  LOL).  The catch was we listen to a sales pitch AND either buy our car rental or an entertainment package through this company ($300 - $400).  The telemarketer was perfectly polite, but she was new and not well-trained.  When I pressed for more details, she put her manager on the phone, and when I refused "have to do it today" pressure, he quickly became rude.  She said they were based on Orlando, FL, but she never mentioned the company's name.

I also received a call from this number repeatedly and eventually I answered it on 1st ring, the man on the other end said he was with silkies, a company we do business with.  He said we were behind in our payment and I wouldn't pay unless I could call him back. He hesitantly he gave me a return #. I the tried to access my account on line and silkies system was down. I called silkies and a recording said their system was down and to call back tomorrow. Thinking that this could be an intelligent scam to knock out someone’s system and then call customers with some information they were able to obtain, we elected not to call him back at the number 800-355-7499 he supplied. I did call this # from another phone I have, it was answered "customer service" I said "is this silkies" then I was being put through to someone else, at which time I hung up. This may be legitimate but to me it has way too many possibilities for fraud.
