Seven calls over both days of the weekend seems entirely excessive. (These ppl like to break the Christian Sabbath and Yiddishe Shabbos alike all day long, by the look of it.)

This appearance of Aggressive Evil is especially noticeable since at no time was any message left, although the voicemail OGM specifically instructs all callers to leave a message containing their name and a reason for the call.  (That silence is distinctly Not Friendly.)   Moreover, that voicemail cuts-in promptly at the sixth ring...(!)  

As of this writing, 513-322-0981 no longer rings my chimes; such harassment as this has no place in my business, home nor heart.  The Selective Call Blocking feature alone is worth the price of my VOIP  subscription; thank you Skype Dotcom for that wonderful peace-enforcing capability!

gets calls constantly with no messages tried to call back but cannot understand anyone who answers wants these calls to stop

If you want the calls to stop, pay your bills.  Otherwise, you can't stop the calls or get them for harassment.  I'm late on a credit card and I know it.  Just added them to my reject list and will pay when I can.

People are being harassed for debts they don't owe, belong to someone else, have been paid, discharged in bankruptcy or are beyond the SOL.

Constantly call my cell phone from 8AM thru 9PM everyday. Some calls I ignore, sometimes I answer and it disconnects within a few seconds. There are never any voicemails left. There are also calls from 513-322-0984. This is extremely annoying. Thank goodness that I have unlimited calling, otherwise all my minutes would wasted on this nonsense!!!

Called 5 times yesterday and 3 times today, so far. Never leaves a voicemail. I have no idea what they're calling about. Wish they would stop!

It's a credit card bill collector from G E Capital - pay pal

I used to do bill collection - tell them to stop calling and the MUST -- refer them to PL 95-109 FDCPA (fair debt and collection practices act)

I get numerous calls everyday all hours & leaves no message, just stared approximately 2 weeks ago, nothing in default in last 2 years

I did tell them to stop calling...and they continue to call!  Before I get told to "pay my bills", I dont owe anything to GE Capital and Im not behind on any of my bills.  So i dont know why they are calling, like others I can't understand them... so i stopped answering.  when the calls continued, I told them i would report them...they still call!  Im going to try this reference today... we'll see how that goes!

It says on another site:
Cincinnati, OH landline however it is only being routed from INDIA through OH! Whenever a thick accent person is on other end of line I ALWAYS question country of origin....Claims to be GENPACT, she said is a company in INDIA....then attempted to tell me is important business matter....Told her to leave a message on my machine and to stop calling every 20 minutes or so without leaving message. Also told her I ONLY deal with AMERICAN companies who are IN AMERICA!

GENPACT and thae number show on my caller ID.

Some are saying is a debt collector and I say if they are well they've got the wrong number since I owe no one a dime...I use cash only.
On another site like this one some are saying they're selling, others there are saying is offer for a new credit card......If any of these I don't by a thing over the phone (cash only person here) and I don't want a credit card....Being on fixed income a credit card would only cause me headaches so if I haven't the cash to buy I wait til I do.

I am so glad I'm not the only one getting these calls! They start at 8:00 AM & DO NOT STOP until 9:00PM. Everything I've read is IDENTICAL to what we're going through here. How can we make them stop? Relentlessly call after call. I'd like to get rid of my landline & just stay with my cell because of these freaks!!!

I do not owe anything to Gen Pact.
I pay my bills as they come.
Go bother someone with rich parents, please.
