    "This a recorded line. Hi, this is Joe, can you hear me ok?"  I asked why are you calling this number, what phone number are you calling from JOE. Where are you located... He hung up after I kept asking questions.
    Just another scam @ss person trying to get you to answer in the affirmative so they can tape you saying ,"Yes". At that point they will use your recorded answer to say you approved making changes in your phone, electric, gas or whatever service they're trying to peddle. Pepper them with questions. They call ever single day but use different numbers.
