- Ashley| 1 replySo no one knows who this number is... eh? I tried calling back, and they said who it was...Couldn't understand.
- Ashley replies to AshleyI don't trust them at all. I blocked my number so they couldnt call me back this time. First question they asked was for my SSN. I demanded to know who they were... they wouldnt tell me! ScamScamScam.
- Ronni| 2 repliesThis is a call from University of Phoenix Student Outreach. It is to inform you that your loans are due. They call me 20 times a day and have NEVER left a message. My loans are in deferment but they want to call the loan companies with you on the phone to confirm. They will not stop calling until you do, I haven't talked to them but my husband did.
- NotSure replies to Ronni| 1 replyI got a call from this number earlier. I found this number on my answering machine with no message (typical). I called the number back. What I heard was "thank you for calling gen flex services, your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent". I hung up at that point. I could be wrong about the company name, but it did sound very much like "gen flex services"
- andboo1no idea who this is, but they call 2-3 times a day. I also have no student loans.
- Caller: unknown
- leeYou call this number and all u get is a individual you cannot understand, so I just hang up they start at 8:00 a.m. in the morning then every half hour upto 9:00 p.m.

- EflkinCalls over and over several times a day and never leaves a message. I do not answer phone numbers I do not recognize, so I have never answered this number to see who it is.
- Also Not Sure replies to NotSureI got a call from this number earlier today, and this is not the first time. I did not answer (as customary when I do not recognize a number). This time (for the first time), a voice mail message was left. The voice mail message was VERY BLURRY, and even though it was in English, I am sure that an expert English dialectician and grammarian would not understand it. The odd thing about this call was that this time, it did not show up on my caller ID, not even as restricted, or unavailable, or anything else. Once again, I say that any person or company that has LEGITIMATE BUSINESS WITH ME should lave a message IN ENGLISH that the average American can understand, and I would be happy to call them back (if I know who to call and exactly what the nature of the call is (what LEGITIMATE BUSINESS MATTER, EXACTLY, do they want to discuss)).
- Forced To Speak OutWhen I'm in a sober mood, I worry, work, and think
When I'm in a joyous mood, I gamble, play, and drink
And when my moods are over, and my time has come to pass
I hope they bury me upside down so this caller can .... .. ...- Caller: ???
- hoopedydooi have unlimited free calling in the usa with caller id and what i do is re-call/dial them back and harass them maybe 100 times in a row. this seems to get under their skin and after a few times of doing this they seem to stop calling for good. fight back and harass the crap outta them - tie up their lines with crank calls.
- Caller: gen-flex
- how do we get them in trouble? My 15 year old son got a new phone last friday. He got these phone calls several times, and finally told them to get lost, hes a minor. The man proceeded to ask my son for his SSN, AFTER my son told him to stop calling him, hes a minor.
I called them today, spoke to a manager, (equally non-understandable), and ripped them a new one. I asked them if they knew how illegal it was for them to ask a minor, on the phone, or elsewhere, what their SSN was. He started his babbel, and I yelled at him, and repeated myself.
I got on my cell phone account and blocked their number, called the provider, told them what happened, and looked the number up on Google.
There HAS to be a way to make them stop!! - Michelle| 3 repliesGo to www.phoenix.edu and go to the live chat. They will ask your phone number and then tell you that you will be removed from list. Hopefully this works. They call about 15 times a day and as early as 8 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays!! I requested info about 3 years ago. A little late on the marketing I think.

They want me to cancel the online payment to be posted on the 21st and then reschedule a payment through them????? Why would I do that? If I already scheduled a payment why would I cancel it and then reschedule another one? They want my credit card number. I'm not giving it to them.
