Chevron/Texaco calls from 7:00 am til at least 8:30 pm....I sent them all the BK info but they like others have said it wont stop robo calling, so I just block them out and recycle the blocked # as needed.

I will paid them as soon as possible.

They call repeatedly but never leaves a message.

GE money bank/Chevron USA keep calling even after making arangements to pay the Bill

This in Genpact, a collection agency for GE Money. Their agents are east indian and difficult to understand.

Do not give out any personal information when someone calls you even if you know you are having credit issues. Always initiate the call to a number you know to be for the company you owe money.

Never setup payments with your checking account to have them pull money from your account. Either mail or set it up through your online banking to avoid having money taken you did not intend.

Do not expect these people to actually write down what you tell them you are going to do. They don't take the time.
