    This people calls me every day saying i have outstanding mortgage loan saying they have good news for me telling me they have lower my rates from next month so they just want to go through account information and verify every thing to me over the phone so they can put it in their system asking for me bank account information and wants to know about my current work place asking what i do and where i work . funny thing is i live in apartment for years been unemployed for several years and never took out any loan in my life this people are scamming people so they can access your personal account stupid low life scammers trying to fool people don't give out your name address or any personal information call your bank right away and also let your local law enforcement agencies knows about this .
