    We keep getting recorded messages from this "company" stating that it is urgent they speak with us regarding our credit card account. They are not associated in any way with any of our credit card issuers. When I hit the key to talk to a live person and ask them to remove our number, they hang up on me.  Reporting them to the Do Not Call people does not stop the calls.  How can we get these companies to stop harassing us??

    You are right. The DO NOT CALL programs are completely useless and a waste of time. Maybe our government under new leadership will help us out. Has anyone posed this problem to Mitt Romney? I will try to contact him about the problem and many others should do the same.
