This number keeps calling my phone and leaving messages saying that they're taking legal actions but didn't say what for. They say they were proceeding with court and never stated the reason. They never said who they were or work for.

I got the same message today stating they are filing a case in a county I don't even live in and haven't lived in for over 25 years. Good luck filing.

This number keeps harassing me daily saying the same thing. Now having another number call me saying I have to pay 747 today if they will contact my boss and garnish my wages I hung up and they call back from a private number leaving rude messages saying I’ll be charged with breech of contract and blah blah blah and have to pay 2500 if I refuse to comply they will contact my boss today and start collecting money.

ILLEGAL THREATS!!    Garnishment is done by court order - a hearing or trial - not a cold call.  REPORT & block him - www.consumerfinance.gov & your state attorney general's office.  Also inform your employer if the scam call..
