these ppl call me 3 times a week, early in the morning. i tell them everytime: DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN. i dont get it. i know she speaks English. Why she doesnt listen is beyond me.

This number calls me several times a week and won't stop.  It's driving me nuts.  How do I block it since they won't quit?

For a smart phone you can block the calls with an app.  It may come pre-installed or you can download one for free.
For a land line a call blocker is a programmable electronic box you plug in to the phone line between the phone and the wall.  You can buy one on line at Best Buy.
For a simple cell phone ask your carrier.  Or put the pest in your contacts list and give them the ring ton "silence "or no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.
