CLICK!  Uncle Gary here to report that this number is as bogus as they come.  Do not say the word "YES" when they ask if you can hear them.  They want that YES on recording so they can manipulate it to sound like you approved of additional charges or fees for services you did not actually approve of.  Don't let these jokers take you.  Give them the business!  Ignore the call.  Block and report the number.  Now you know.  And knowing is half the battle.
