I got that phone call today.  they left a voicemail-- They said it was JCP & L?

That might have been "DP&L"...  That prefix gets spoofed a lot by electric providers trying to get you to switch...  Many will mention the name of your local utility, trying to sound affiliated with them.

Message was from "JCP&L"- please call us back your account has been flagged to receive a discount.  I don't even have JCP&L!!!

Just had a call from this number and it went to my work cell vm.  They said this is...and I am calling in regards to your DP&L account that our system has flagged your account and it qualifies for new discounts.  I don't even have a DP&L account so how can it be flagged and why would they call my work cell phone .   What a joke...Blocked.

Same for me,too. Scammers.

Left a voicemail stating that my DP&L account had been flagged for review and that I may qualify for discounts. Pretty impressive, as I have not had a DP&L account since 4 years ago.

Definitely a scam.

Claimed to be a call from Batavia, Ohio.  No response when I answered.  I told them to go to H@@@!

They didn't leave a message but caller I'd said her name was Molly Corea.

Robocall on the 4th if July.. Blocked.

Received a call on my landline. Caller ID said Corea Molly.  Blocked

Got a call from this number and caller id shows Corea Molly.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

I let it the answering machine handle it, you could hear breathing so I hit my Block Now button. Too many energy scams going on and my Representative Hultgren responded with a rambling letter about energy concerns when I told him about these scammers, had nothing to do with my letter. Damn RepubliCons.

Just called and had my name.  When I asked if they were from Com Ed, the utility company in my area, they hesitated and then complete silence.  They started talking and I again asked if they were from Com Ed, then they hung up.  Energy scammers that want you to switch service.

Sally from scam energy provider calling about my non-existent account.

Call to my cell - no ID other than the number but likely spoofed anyway. No message left.

Caller I d said Molly Corea. I'd not answer.

513-457-7731 called and a recorded voice left this message:  "Hello, this is Sally calling calling to follow about a notice on your Duke utility account. Please call me back immediately with a recent statement received by mail at 1513-296-6022." With my statement in hand I can provide all the information Sally needs to complete the scam. NOT!!!

Spoofed no to change electric company! Ugh blocked
