I've been getting calls from this number repeatedly. I called back today and a woman answered. She said I have a balance due with Macys. It cannot be true as I am not using this card, and it is clear for the past year at least. She asked for my personal info, and I refused to give any  information over the phone. I asked her to send me a written request. You can't be too careful these days.

Was at work and could not answer...figured I look looks like someone has my cell number...

Leaves no message but has repeatedly called the last year, I don't answer because it doesn't list a name with the number

They've called me repeatedly for the past two weeks and either not leaving a message or leaving one with an electronic voice that says to call back because it's an urgent matter...Really creepy...

Someone else answered the call, when asked what it was in reference to, they hung up.  Then they called back 2 hours later and left a message on my machine: This is message is for ______ ______. This is Mr. D.  Please call me back at 1-866-593-3926.  It is regarding a personal business matter.

When I called back, this is what the recording said:  Our office is currently closed.  Please call back during our business hours, Monday through Thursday 9am to 9pm or Friday 9am to 5 pm.  One of our agents will be happy to assist you then.  (then it disconnects the call)

Repeated calls on our caller ID.  Yesterday they left message for husband saying call Macy's.  My husband beleives and I am trying to convince him it is A SCAM.
I am calling the FCC and reporting it.

I got a call from this number about an overdue Macy's account and they were right. I said the proverbial 'check is in the mail'  (which it was) and they said fine and hung up. Didn't seem like a scam to me.

I received a message today on my home phone from (513) 573-8739. The woman was clearly african american and I could hear several other women's voices in the background. She started off saying that the call was for (my name) but she had difficulty saying my name, stumbled for a few seconds (that's when I heard all the background voices) and hung up. I'm concerned that this may be a result of a recent TJ Maxx security breach where thousands of consumer's - including my own - personal info was stolen. Just a guess. The other possibility is an inside fraudster within Macys.  If not, I'm not sure how/why they are picking Macys to use as their front. I intend to report them to Macy's fraud dept.

Repeated attempts to call me - I have no contacts associated with that area code.

Recording has been left on my office phone from 513-573-8739, saying to please call 1-800-533-2304 regarding a personal business matter with Macy's.  When I called the 800 number a female said I owed Macy's money-thinking it was a scam I ordered my credit reports-I do not owe Macy's anything-haven't used the card for awhile-today I received the same recorded message.  My next calls will be to Macy's, and the Better Business Bureau.

Having  the message to call 866-593-3926 regarding a personal business matter.The caller did not identify where the phone came from and who is calling. It seem like scam to me. I googgle this phone number. I am glad I did. Thank you you all for posting those

She called for the second time today -I took the second call and she started talking about my overdue Macy's,--I really pushed her for her name and the name of her company--she started asking someone else about the company name--I told her I no longer needed it as I had been tracing the call--she shrieked and hung up!!  Got a little satisfaction.

I have also been receiving these calls...I just took the one and she identified herself as Ms. Winston, but didn't say the company name.  When I asked for it she said "Do you have an account with Macy's or Bloomingdales?"  I do have an account with Bloomingdales, but it's not overdue so I'm not sure what is going on.  I hate that they keep calling - it's driving me nuts!

Received call from this #. when I said that person wasn't home they wouldnt say y calling. sounded very unprofessional. said calling from Macy's.. I mean bloomingdales. sounds suspicious. glad I found this site

I got a message on my answering machine as follows: This is message is for ______ ______. This is Mr. D.  Please call me back at 1-866-593-3926.  It is regarding a personal business matter.

I googled the call back number and found this site, even though the caller id only said "out of area".

I've received three calls from this number so far this morning - HAS TO BE phishing, because I don't even have a Macy's account.

Called for my daughter won't say why. I was able to call back and tell them that this was my phone number and not to call it back. My daughter is a adult and can have her phone calls to her own number.

Phone rang 3 times, then hung up and left no message. When this number was called back there was a recording... Our office is closed right now.

caller doesn't say what they want....just that it's imperative to call back
