Same BULL here -- so sick of it!  Repeatedly tell them multiple times a day that we don't use outside carriers.  They are so dense.

I couldn't agree more.

Why would anyone want to use a slimy company that harasses them?  I will continue to make sure my fellow business owner friends never use them.  Bury the scum!

Over a DECADE of harassment and rude calls from this number!
Reported to every possible agency for unsolicited calls and harassment (if you don't pick up, they call back repeatedly, jamming business line. If you do pick up, they do not honor request to be removed from data base and are argumentative, rude and disrespectful).

My God, they're at it again! Of course I have these degenerates blocked, but I see they have begun calling me after a 6 month hiatus. I have filed complaints with the FCC and the Better Business bureau, twice. I get a mealy mouthed LIE form them that they will not call again. Fat chance.

The FCC has no jurisdiction over B2B calls, and the BBB is worthless anyway.  If they are tying up 2 or more phone lines you have recourse under the TCPA.

Please call me back at 513.831.2600 at your earliest convenience.  - - - - I thought it was weird that there was no name or company name said in the voicemail. Right there I knew is was a spam call. I deleted message.

Wow, first call ever from 5138312600.  And they've been doing this for over 10 years?  Yea - they called our business line (519 area code- which is Canada). Rang through to our reception line (hardly any garbage calls do that).  I answered, guy on the other end said something, I had to ask "who is this?" - that's when he said total quality logistics.  I said "we're good" and hung up.  Going to block his area-code+prefix now.

Tried the ole, I talked to someone last week, I think his name was John, about your outbound freight.  I said no you didn't and I hung up.

Called at 6:52 am, left voicemail.  Wants to know more about my business.  Left different callback number than what was on the CallerID: 815-207-9992.  Seemed to be reading the number off so fast, almost as if to make it difficult to understand what the number was.

We roll our eyes every time a call comes from TQL. They're persistent to the point that they becomes pests and we just hang up on them. We continually tell them we don't do anything with freight delivery but the caller always thinks we're liars and continues to push us. At this point even if we needed freight delivery, I wouldn't use them.

Essentially a spam call. It sounds like a business, but suspicious. They called, left a message to call back to another number.

Received a transferred call at work from a male voice asking for accounts payable, from 513 831 2600 Total Quality Logistics.  Gave him another number to call for that department.  He said thanks and hung up.  Found this long string of complaints.  Wow.

They keep calling our business even though we have told them (specially the guy that has called the most) that WE ARE NOT INTERESTED. They keep apologizing and saying they are going to take us off of their list and its been months and they still call.

We understand they have to make their money and trying to get leads, but if you have a business that has explained to you over and over again that they don't need your services and asks to please not call anymore, is obviously that they don't understand how to work with following instructions.

Called my office last week, I said we are not a trucking or shipping company. He did not accept that and kept talking. I said thanks and hung up. He called 5 times in a row right after that.  Today they are calling again. I don't pick it up. They are aggressive.

And they just keep calling and calling and calling.  TQL.  It is a different person EVERY time!  We have your info.
