This number is spoofed. I have been called repeatedly with this number on my caller ID and a recording left on my answering machine saying, "however, we will be disconnecting your license within 48 hours because your IP address has been compromised from several countries. So, we need to change your IP address and license key. So please press one to get connected to technician." Obviously, some thief is phishing for information.

You're right, this number is spoofed. It's my number and I've received dozens of calls with my number, and sometimes my name, displayed on CID. Once I received 8 of these calls in one day. I tried calling my phone provider, but they said there's nothing they can do.

I had the same problem.  I began receiving calls from people asking why I called them!  If your number has been spoofed contact your provider and tell them you want your number changed.  That's what I did.  Of course, some providers may not be as accommodating but you should check it out.  My number was being used to robo call people in other states and some of them were pretty angry about it.  It's a bit of hassle to change your number with friends and family but worth it.  Good luck.  Stay safe. :-)
