    This number called numerous times, when REDIALED all you get is FAST BUSY SIGNAL!!
    Who are these people and why are the allowed to break the rules, when will the CRTC get off its [***] and do something about these scammers. The do not call list is a joke!

    This looks like one of those "ghost debt" collectors, Call themselves (CRS) or Contact Resource Services address :

    These people are low lives that try to intimidate the unsuspecting in paying debts that are written or paid off 10 to 20 years ago. There goal is to scarce you into opening the file then they have you. Do not fall for it . File a complaint at the Consumer Protection agency of Ontario since this is the state they operate in.
