Voice said it was 30 second political survey, and for completing survey I got a free cruise to the Bahamas for 2. I hung up.

I live in Edmonton, in Alberta: I had received several calls from them in the last week.

I have received nightly calls in the past week offering 2 nights in the Bahamas if I answer a personal survey..I have hung up on it...left the phone till the busy signal...but angry that this is happening

Folks, this may be a version of the advance-fee-for-a-cruise scam where you have to pay some money up front (taxes, whatever) for a fake cruise. Once they get your money, they vanish. Or they may be selling a timeshare tour and not a cruise and you'll have to sit through a hellish 2-hour buy!buy!buy! presentation on your "cruise."

I didn't fall for the scam, but my husband thought we won a cruise... right! When they say all you have to pay for are the gratuities and taxes or whatever, you know it's fake. Watch out peeps.
