When I picked up, no one was there.
I put the call on hold and almost immediately the call was dropped.

2 days in a row, got a call.  When I answer, the phone starts to dial.  I hang up quickly.  Never know when someone is using your lines.

This number keeps calling my business and asking for my husband (owner) by name we ask them to take us off the list and they get rude and hang up. Can't call them back it says it's not in service

Someone jerking off on the phone...ewwwww....hung up and reported them to rcmp

Scam debit and credit card processing rate provider.  Don't send you info... don't.   Thanks to the posters that find the time to tell us that they got a call with nobody there.... really helpful (NOT!).  If you don't know who, what, or why.... don't post it.

Merchant account telemarketer. Waste of time. Don't answer their questions.

Credit card scammers, who offer you double rates the other companies provide and then charge you 100x in fees AVOID!!!

They called and left no msg. One of several criminals that call. Blocked them.

Answered the phone and it started to ring, after a couple of rings, it hung up on me.

hey boy n' girls. These are robo calls that gather information which they sell to telemarketers. What their after is, if someone on the other end picks up and what times of the day they pick up. I don't answer any numbers that aren't from my local calling area. If a long distance caller doesn't leave a message, screw em.

Today we received a call from this number asking for the person in charge of merchant services.  I asked which merchant service?  After numerous questions, she finally got to the point that it was for Visa/Debit services.  Told her we were not changing providers.  She was persistent, asking if I was aware if I am getting the reduction in rates and that they didn't want us to change providers.  "There is a big write up in the newspaper about it"  she said.  According to previous posters from 2 years ago or more, this "reduction" has always been the source of these calls.  She wanted me to grab my statement to make sure I was saving.  I asked her what was in it for her company.  She said it was a service to make sure companies aren't overpaying.  I asked why she cared and again said "What's in it for you?"  She kept cutting me off so I did the same until she answered my question.  Finally, she said "Well, we get a kickback in the end".  Told her I was too busy to talk anymore and said I would check into it.  She said she would call me back next week if it was more convenient.  I told her no.

Think they blasted a horn but i hadn't had the receiver that close to my ear as there was a customer i was saying bye to. I guess they tried to get back at me for not answering before. i could care less actually.

Got a call from this number it is a debit machine company

Keeps calling my work phone. Just dead air.

Asked me whether my business is corporately registered.  When I said yes, she hung up.

I just received a call from this number - when I answered it was dialing them like I had called them which was odd but they answered by asking to speak to the owner of the company. They never addressed me by my name - I told them I was the owner.  They proceeded to tell me stuff about merchant accounts etc etc.  I asked nicely to be placed on the DNC list - the woman was rude and kept trying to go into her merchant account sales pitch.  I said twice I wasn't interested - she kept asked why I wasn't interested and kept getting very short and rude in her tone towards me. I ended up hanging up on her after asked her many times to put me on the Do not call list. Number is now blocked on my phone - WARNING - this is most likely a scam.  Truly hoping the authorities shut this scam down.

Telemarketer with no accent wanting to "help" us get better merchant rate. Used auto dialling. Know my name. Ignore them.
