Automated call. A dude claims to be from CRA asked to call him back or be arrested. What a clown!

robocall purporting to be from CRA telling me to call back or get arrested.

Same number, after already blocked 3 other numbers, today I got a call from this one. Lady's voice claiming the same as stopscam.  Case is going to Federal court if I don't reply.  Aren't this low life crooks, good-for-nothing, scum of society know that CRA will send me first a letter or put a note in my CRA secured account?  We should really go after them and send them !"#!%!"#$!" to live.

Same robocall as reported above - second call this week but now a different number.

Mentioned, he is an officer from Canada Revenue. Called me two times with different numbers. They are doing robbery through the phone call but they do not know, they will caught soon!

So I called this number 10 times and a dude with an indian accent said he was officer mike rodgers from CRA and I pressed him he hung up. I called back and told him I was going to report his pseudonym and phone number to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC), and this dude proceeded by saying, verbatim " you can take this number and report it to the authorities [***]"...So the solution is, if you have 5 minutes to kill, to turn tables on them and call them by threatening them.

Got a call just now…seems they are on a roll today!  Left a message… second one this week.  Last one was yesterday but not automated - similar message, different #.

Same - they called 3 times same day form 514-800-6355 & 514-800-6378

Is anybody here a little behind on any CRA requirements ??

Thousands of people are getting calls like this in both the US and Canada.  There is no "information leaking".  This has been highly publicized in both countries in Newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, and so many different websites it is hard to even know where to begin mentioning them.  I can't believe that people haven't heard about this.  That fact absolutely amazes me in an age where information can be had at the touch of a button.  I would suggest that you go to the official CRA website and I would be willing to bet they have something about this on there.  The first thing everyone should be doing is checking with the CRA.

Bedbugs. Spray them with pesticide. ( report ). They use multiple numbers.
