who are these people?  Their speaking in Spanish and I failed spanish 1 and

I had a missed call on my cell from 514-989-9988 (Montreal) and I also had a call in spanish from 401-889-9876 (Rhode Island) on dec 27.

Received a call on my cell phone from 514-989-9988 and the caller was speaking Spanish.  I don't speak Spanish and I hung up quickly.

This number called me with two rings and hung up.

Called and heard a bit of a spanish voice.

I speak a bit of Spanish and it sounded like they wanted me to accept a collect call. Also worried about that 10k phone bill so i hesitated, they hung up. It was an automated call.

I just received this call as well at 6:56 PM and it rang twice but I didn't pick it up.
