Also recorded message saying he sold a house in Johnston and wants to buy in my neighborhood.

Someone named Matt looking to buy house in neighborhood. Wanted to know if I’m interested in selling. Called both home and cell, left voicemail on both.

a man left a partial vm asking to call him back, gave this ph# and then apologized if I wasn't interested but could be flexible on move out date and would pay cash. I believe purposely left a partial message to increase odds of a person calling back. I live in a very small rural town so highly unlikely he really wants my house.

Left this message: “Hi my name is Neil and I'm looking at my house here in the neighborhood actually just sold a home and I'm looking for one here in the Syria I don't know if you have an interest in selling your home if you're down you know no need to call me back but if you do have an interest even in the next future a little while or so please call me I'd be looking for an easy sell on paying cash and I buy it as is _⁠_ would need to do anything to the home I'm pretty flexible to see _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ move out date that works best for you to my cell phone number is 259-1366 again if you don't have any interest I just I know you can call me back but if you do please call me on my cell 259-1366 talk to you soon…”

I just received the identical message. I am calling the attorney general office.

The exact same voicemail was left for me. I'm considering reporting it to the police. How did he even get my number?

My experience is similar to the other posts prior to this date.  I received a message on my cell phone from a man saying he was interested in buying my house.  My phone is an old flip phone that I rarely even use, but just happened to have it on today.  Don't recall his name, but it wasn't the Neil or Matt listed in prior posts--apparently his name changes.
