“Yes this is Amy Nelson. I’m calling in reference to your federal student loan. Um, I need to discuss your repayment options with the new changes that have taken  affect recently, so if you could just please be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-696-1331. Um, I'm going to give you a reference number if you would just have this handy when you call back I'll make things a lot easier your reference number is 070009. Thank you.”
