this number calls me and hangs up. then i call it back he says 'thank you for calling quick cap' then I say 'this number is calling me.... ' and before i finish he hangs up on me

please stop calling my house.

Surveys, charities, political calls, NON-sales calls and certain preexisting business calls are exempt from the DNCL.

Business phones do not qualify for DNCL protection.

Got a call from this number, hung up after 2 rings. I recognize the number, pretty sure they've called before. Ignore or block it, probably a scam.
