Called.  Called me by my wife's name...uh....

In any event, was calling only to thank my wife for her "pledge."

Suggested to the caller that my wife had made no pledge.  Caller said, "Oh then there is no message' and hangs up.

Scams are getting out of hand.  Also just LOVE the spelling of ANI (caller ID).

Actually it is not BREAST CANCER it is BREAS CANCER.  The morons don't even know how to spell.  Spoofing a caller ID and spelling it wrong.  What a hoot.

Repeatedly receiving calls from 516-277-8422

Called 9 times in the last 5 days. They call at all hours of the day. The earliest was 8:14am and the latest was 8:36pm.

I receive a call from this number every day at work.  They (whoever they are) usually leave a "silent" phone message in the evening, which I see in the following morning when I come in the office.  I really need them to stop calling me altogether.  Thanks.

They are relentless!   They call a few times a day. I always screen calls, but today I picked up as I was waiting for a contractor & thought he was trying to contact me.  When I told the caller ( a saccharine sickening voiced lady). That I did not want to give money, she proceeded to thank me for making the smallest donation of $15!   I hung up & called them back to select the option of "press 4 if you don't want to be contacted anymore".  That night,  I was contacted again anyway!!!!!!!  What ever happened to the no call list that I signed up for?!!!

caller said I was harder to reach than the last cookie in the cookie jar! ( sickly sweet trying to be homey ) trying to collect for charity but I couldn't get a word in edge wise she just blathered on , so I hung up

Sarah/Sara from Breast Cancer Am looking for the lady of the house.  "Oh it's nothing I'll try back again." I've been stating she's not been home for more than 2 weeks.  She will not let you get a word in if you ask how they got  this number or to stop calling. They keep calling from 8:30am until well into the evening. Same woman same phone number. I called back to put my number on their do not call list - that does not work. They will also use another phone number without the Name of the org - other number is 607-203-0518 from Binghamton NY.

These folks call my home at least 3 times a day (around 8, noon-ish, 6 ) and often after 8 pm also. Use 2 numbers: 516-206-1696 and 516-277- 8422. No message on machine if we don't pick up. Other night at dinner my elderly mom thought it was someone else and a woman asked for me by first name. Mom says lots of giggling in the background. I feel for Wayne above- I got the same line about being harder to get than that cookie blah blah blah. Told her I was set to dinner and she could mail me whatever. She said she'd send info on - and she named all sorts of amounts of money- then settled on $15. So I said mail it. Then I hear "please hold for verification of your commitment" What commitment? Hung up. They've just carried on calling 4 times a day now. Will contact Eric Schneiderman. Not sure what can be done if they have some type of identity as a "charity". Think going with the call blocker is probably the best bet here.

I get a number of calls from this number and when answering machine is on  its a hangup.
I don't answer numbers I don't know. I have an- unlisted   number. I am a senior citizen.

She told me "I was as sweet as mittens on kittens" lol...Number blocked!

called and wanted $20.00      i asked why their name doesn't show up on my caller id.   she said "that isn't important we can talk about it all day.  breast cancer is more important" i then asked her what percentage goes to the charity and she told me 15%... and she asked again for $20.00....   that would be $3.00 for the charity and $17.00 for them.... i told her to get a real job and hung up.
never press any buttons to remove yourself from their list.. you don't get removed and you may get a bill added on to your phone bill for a
charge that they say you agreed to.

If you block 516-206-1696 they then call you on 516-277-8422. Same caller ID.

They called up. Got to my machine. Listened to my message.."you honestly think I am going to answer the phone? You are either a scam...." They hung up before the rest of the message played. Oh well...I just feel so bad about it...she said sarcastically

These dirtbag scammers called yesterday from 516-206-1696 which I blocked,so today they call from this number, these scammers should get breast cancer.
