They continously call , fake breast cancer charity. Upto 3xs a day all hours. The

The person above you that your replied to has nothing to do with the calls your your receiving. None of these posters do -  nor this forum.  This poster is another victim of the harassing calls also.  This forum and these posters are not affiliated with your callers. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards.  Some states have different laws in regards to the calls,  which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I received a call on Friday, August 14 at 7:30am! Followed by another call today-Sunday, August 16, 2015 at 1pm. I called back the phone number after blocking my line and it says you cannot reach them.

Definitely a "robocall"  I kept interrupting to be asked to be taken off the call list.  The "person" just kept repeating how just a small donation would do.  The final time I asked are you a robot because you are not listening to me? they said OK and paused. I asked again to be taken off call list, got fake laughter and a "NOPE!"  Tried to call back but the voice mailbox was full...imagine that.

Got their call this morning, and because, like two of the other posters, someone in the family has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer problems, picked up--something we almost never do when we're not sure who the caller is. But I thought it might be the doctor calling from a different clinic.
My experience was like the others who said they had the stupid "You're harder to get hold of than . . . " (Don't remember what phrase she used.) But interestingly enough, she didn't have the right name, and it wasn't one she could get from medical rolls. As one poster noted, it is interesting that this call came so soon after having medical problems. But unless this scammy organization has access to phone numbers going out from medical centers, I don't think they could link the name she used with us to the medical numbers.
I had interrupted the spiel as soon as I realized what the call was, and told the woman politely to take our number out of their list. She said she would, so I'll see. But if I get even one more phone call from them, I'm blocking them, and then I think I'll follow the advice of  Tamarith and do some reporting.

Have been getting a lot of these calls and I can tell you blocking won't help they call from spoofed or different numbers. Reporting won't help they don't care about the DNC list or any laws. So I plugged my line into a fax machine, set it to silent and answer on first ring now they can all go f--k fax themselves. It has cut down on the amount calls, guess they don't like the sound of my fax machine.

Nope.. this is wrong. While a spoofed we can't block it  number excuse from the phone company is just that, a excuse. Independent purchased call blockers can and do block these calls along with several free programs (No-Mo-ro-bo) -  There are free apps for cell phones that don't come with call blocking.

Once again, the DNC does not cover charities..   The DNC is for sales and service calls - telemarketing.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards.  Some states have different laws in regards to the calls,  which can differ from the federal.
