Yup I got this call as well, I won PCH but also  I followed up on the bank info that he said the check was written on,  New York bank had no account and the Verifying phone number did not belong to the bank at all.  Thank you for publicly listing this info.

I just received the call that I  won PCH and he needed my account number to deposit $42,000 today.  If not, I  will have to pay $3,000.  After I stopped laughing, I  told him to hold on. He asked why and I  said, so I  can get my Atty General on the phone to explain how this works.  He hung up.  Haha!  Don't fall for it.

ON 9/24/20, I received a call from  Robert Livingston - 516-441-8935 claiming that I won a PCH contest. I was a recording. I live in Kansas. PCH doesn't call winners. DO NOT RETURN their call. Do not fall for this SCAM.

    "working from home" lol
had an unusual accent. not NY, not English, not southern, not mid west, etc. Not blatantly Nigerian either. Poor grammar and pronunciation of some words.

Told me my social security number was suspended because of "suspicious activity" via
an automated message and said that I would be arrested if I didn't provide information at the number given. I know the IRS doesn't make this type of notification and they never specified whose ss# they were talking about since more than one person lives here. BIG TIME SCAM!!
