They called me and asked if I was accepting credit cards with my business yet when I informed them it was not a business phone number he hung up on me. I called back and got some guy when I told him that I wanted to be removed from there calling list he said that they can't because my number was listed as a business line.

Called and harassed me with 4 other phone calls back to back

You can register land line phones and cell phones. Your registration will not expire. Telephone numbers placed on the National Do Not Call Registry will remain on it permanently due to the Do-Not-Call Improvement Act of 2007, which became law in February 2008.
 

Then file a complaint with them, if enough people do this the caller/callers get contacted by the Federal Trade Commission. The phone calls will stop.

Just complaining or leaving messages here without contacting the “National Do Not Call Registry” is a waste of time and doesn’t help anyone stop this caller harassment.

Register on the “National Do Not Call Registry” then report all your telemarketer calls there also.
