This call is from like NY if I am correct and I live a very long distance from there. They called let it ring twice then hung up. No message.

I got a call from 516-730-2378 and called once never left a message and i try calling back it either keeps ringing or is busy?

Got a call today from this number.  When I answered it, it starting ringing like I was the one making the call.  It rang a few times and then hung up after I answered it.

this number called my cell.  When I answered, the phone started to ring as if I had called them.  Hung up after 4 rings.  Looks to be out of Nassua county NY.

I got a call from this number this morning.  No message left, but I saw it called my cell.  When I tried to call back, just a busy signal.  Could it be a computer generated dialing sequence?  What is the purpose?  Should I notify my cell carrier?

called back and got an answer with two Swoosh-CLICK sounds and it hung up on me. Each answer lasted approximately 16 to 20 seconds (from Dial)
