a person phoned me yesterday saying they worked for WINDOWS the computer soft ware company. They wanted me to let me connect them to my computer so they coul rid it of virus. When I said  I would have to think about it could I have a call back number he gave me this 5167305751

These guys are a scam.  They called a disabled customer of mine and sold her $500 worth of "services" and remotely connected to her computer.  

She has the top antivirus NOD32 already installed but they claimed that she had a virus and for them to immediately clean her computer for her.  They claimed the computer was going to crash right away.

A foreign man very threatening demanding I call him back with no explanation why

I've been receiving these calls for about six months off and on.  The man have foreign accents and are very hard to understand.  They tell me different stories each time I have a message from them.  They have threatening with being arrested, they tell me I need to have my lawyer call them, they have ask for money, leaving a message if I send them money 495. some odd cents (hard to understand) they could help me. once I called back because they some how got ahold of mydaughters telephone numbers.  I have three daughters but the only contacted two.  They ask my youngest daughter to give them her social security number, they have ask for money from them.  I was avoiding their calls and letting them go to voicemail but when they called my daughters I was pi#!. I called one of the many numbers they have used to call me and no one answered.  I *67 the number.  I told them I typed their numbers into the computer and all kinds of bas comments came up on these numbers they used to call me.  I told they could talk to my lawyer any time  about the demands they were making on me and my daughters.  I also said in my message if it did not stop they would be paying be for the lawsuit I was going to file.  I kept all their messages.  Well it stopped that night.  I never heard from them again until today.  I when two months without hearing from them. I called "Steve" back again one of the names they use.  I *67 it again.  No answer.  I repeated what I had said back in November having to leave a message again.  They won't answer the phone if you *67 the call to them.  I called back within 10 minutes not *67 the call and who ever they are answered immediately.  I said I want to make sure you received my message I left you afew minutes ago.  I said don't mess with me.  When they would call in the past it would be three to five times a day.  My daughters received this many calls too.  Well my youngest changed her number.  I put them on my blackball list with each to number I receive.  When they call my number using the same number it says my phone as been disconnected.  It has been 4.95 monthly to be able to at least make them have to use new numbers when they want to call.  I receive phone calls from them using other area codes in two other states too.  Once they told be they were collecting on a payday loan.  I do not do payday loans.

These people call my home and work and say they need to speak to my attorney.  They have a strong accent and say that I took a loan and never paid it back!  They are scammers and are fishing for more info to get money from me.  I think they are connected to a payday loan company and possibly fired and took all the info with them so they can call and harrass everyone.  I called my bank and they said they are fishing for more info.  I also reported their calls to the Police Department and they are checking into it.
