Nonsense about approved for a loan I never requested.

Pre-record call to business line.  Company gave web site of onewayfunding.com, which is a single page web site with no physical address present.  It does have an alternate phone number of  855-228-1255. Also, the form requires accepting the "Privacy Policy", however there is absolutely no Privacy Policy available on the site that I could find. Seriously?

Other searches show their address at 445 Broadhollow Road Ste. 25, Melville, NY 11747.  President is listed at Joseph Reinhardt (631) 930-5330.

New York SecOfState lists the business filing date in 2009, so it's been around longer than others.  No registered agent filed, but an alternate address for Joseph Reinhardt is listed as JOSPEH REINHARDT, 960 SOUTH BEOADWAY, HICKSVILLE, NEW YORK, 11801.

Also appears to have a "F" rating with the BBB at the time of this writing:BBB - One Way Funding

Called our office landline at 9:30am. When I answered there was no response on the other end for a few moments, then they hung up on me. Call ID displayed "One Way".

Loan con scam. If you get a call from this BUM call him back on HIS own phone (646 823 4723) and tell him to shove it.

These "dirt bags" just done stop .... I've told them numerous times that my number is residential, not a business, and that I would never apply for a "loan" over the telephone with some unknown entity.  Based on the background noise, it sounded like a "boiler room" operation.

Invest in a call blocker, and you won't hear from them again.

One way funding calls me twice a day to offer me a company loan. I don't have a company. They are lowlife scum trying to take advantage of desperate people. Don't be foooled.

It is October, and they are still calling people. I got the "we mailed you a check" call. I am an architect in IT Security, and let me just say, Google voice is your friend when people like this get your info. They can't get closer to me than a voicemail, though after looking up the number, as I HAD applied for some funding, though not with them, I am pretty shocked. It appears as though they take a loan out for you, with a really [***] rate, like 6 month 100% interest, but send YOU loan paperwork that says 10 years, 15% (an example) You sign, send it back, they move your sig to the real loan and forward it over, next thing you know, your world has gone mad. Just my speculation, I am sure they change tactics constantly, seems as though they send checks out, hoping you wont be able to say no, and cash it, agreeing to the loan. Again, another guess.

I've been harassed by one way funding for nearly a year now.  They call me constantly.  I've asked them to take my name off their call list but that was a waste of time. They still call. Names given: Jim, Anna, Charles. I've become so sick of them that I tried to  cuss them out but all that "Jim" did is laugh at me. I signed up with the donotcall.gov registry but apparently that is no guarantee.

To Jake cold caller, what can I do to stop one way funding from calling me?  I don't understand what you mean by " it's a scam, "   I thought they were a real company.  I hate them--I'm desperate to find a way of getting rid of them.  What do you advise?  I don't listen to whatever they are peddling, I hang up when they call.

I have two more phone numbers for one way funding:  516-203-7559 and 516-471-3720.  one way funding is calling me from Denver, CO as well, that phone number is: 720-441-3720 and 720-330-2195 , 720-441-0478. Also "Fast Funding" calls from area code 631-239-8720.

please tell me how I can invest in a call blocker, I signed up with the National Registry which is free but I need a guarantee.  They are horrible people and I can't stop them.
