Got a call.  No one responded and then there was a hang up.

No one on other end, when I tried to call the number back, got recording that this number is no longer in service.

Got call asking for me or my wife by last name. When asked to identify caller said "uhh" and hung up

received a call from this number asking for me by my first name and then the caller hung up.

Received a call 1/12/13 from this number. When I said "Hello," they hung up.  I dialed it back and got a recording that the number was no longer in service.  How can it no longer be in service when it dialed me?
