I received one to where do they get peoples personal number and whatt kin of scam can it be?? How do we report this person

I got a text and didn't know or have an idea who it was but everytime I call it from a prepaid its says who you have reached is unavailable that's funny and a little weird well I will tell you this I will be postin the truth with pro what that is so this is my first post next one will the truth.....

An EPPICard™ debit card scam has been reported to our office. This scam is being texted to cardholders' cell phones. Cardholders must not provide any information in response to the text message. Any cardholder who receives the text message should immediately call the Child Support Customer Service Helpline (CSH) at 1-888-208-4485 (TTY: 1-866-875-9975) and provide the sender’s telephone number so we can continue to report the scam to authorities.

If the cardholder provided their card number in response to this text, they should call the EPPICard™ call center at 1-866-461-4093 to cancel their card and request a new card.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD A CARDHOLDER EVER PROVIDE THEIR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION TO A REQUESTING PARTY.
