this man Matt Williams sends harassing emails and phone calls daily.  When you try to call and ask for more information, he hangs up on you.  He is very rude and has been doing this for a while.  Please get him off the streets!

I receivied a very rude e-mail from this person and the company ( ACS). How rude and unprofessional. My name appears no where on the e-mail. How the hell did he get it in the first place.  This person need a lot of mental help and get them off the streets and away from a computer.

Although ACS is a legitimate company, there representatives use scare tactics to get you to pay debt that is often not your debt.  When you attempt to call this number you will get a foreign operator who tells you that the party is unavailable.  Also, these emails are a violation of the FDCA or Fair Debt Act.  After receiving this email I did some research and found there is no company listed as Advance Cash Experts.  There is a company called Cash Advance Experts.  In my email, he did not leave or provide an account number.  There was NO physical address given.  I am reporting these practices to the New York FBI, State Attorney General, IC3 and local police department.  It is my understanding there is a $1000.00 fine for each violation.  Hopefully if we all begin reporting we can stop the abuse.  In addition, I sent an email to this person requesting information to verify the debt.  This will also provide me with information to report to the FTC and other agencies.
Let's band together and stop these predatory debt collectors.

I got this e-mail about a from ACS Collections regarding a loan from advance cash expert.  I called the numbers and spoke to this guy that I couldn't understand because he must have been on some type of cell phone.  I asked for when I took this loan out, and all he could say was 2011.  I told him I needed more information.  he kept saying I have to come to the court house and when I asked what court house, he hung up on me.  Is this a scam??? Does anyone know?

It is a HUGE scam.  And the co-called "company" is completely unethical. After confronting them and reporting to FTC, BBB, I received an obscene phone call, which I taped and sent to FTC.  Someone needs to shurt these vultures down!!

I was sent an e mail by a Matt Williams  from Advance Cash Expert  In the e mail it  said I was behind on payments  for a loan  that  I owed  of  599.00    I replied  back that I wanted some verifcation  in writing  from the  company that  I owed this  loan  when it  was taken out  so I can refrence  with  my bank   Have not recieved anything and  in saving  these e mails  I have  found  that Matt Williams is also working  or trying to get  money  saying he  works  for  2 other business  


On 3/16/12   I recieved  one  from  him  claiming he  worked for ACS and I need ed to pay  890.54 with my debit card immediately  or  court action and pending arrest  would be  made  and  the amount  owed  would end up being  over  4,000.00   I did  not recieve any verification of  owing this  money  and  I did  review  all my bank statements  with the bank  for the last  2 years to  at least  know I did not owe this    the  phone number  for  this  e mail was  585-204-6000  


On 5/24/12 I also recieved an e mail from Matt Williams claiming I owed   for a pd loan  of  682.00  and  also  if  I did not pay immediately   charges  would be filed and I would  be  facing  some legal  problems  I again asked for  verification  which I did not recieve     Here is the  number  and company  name   Cash Net USA and  number  was 302-387-0024  




In posting on these  phone number sites I found  another number  he may be  using   925-267-8001  


he  has not been able to provide an legitimate information  so please  do not  believe anything  he writes  just  save  it  and  report it

I also received an e-mail today regarding a debt for $596.00 which I am supposed to be in delinquent. I have no idea what the hell this Matt William guy is talking about. As apparently there is no leagal way to stop these Satan in harassing people, only thing I can wish him is to rot in hell when he daeparts from this planet, hopefully soon!!!

I  had gotten an email a week ago from this Matt williams But he identified himself as an FBI agent saying there was a package from a mideast country ( I forget what country it was supposed to be from) that contained 10.5 million and I was suppose to contact him with verification of ID plus 2995.00 so they could release the funds (same phone number)  WHAT A CROCK  I forwarded the email to the real FBI,let them handle it

I just received an email from this company and spoke with a Matt Williams.  I do not owe this debt, and when I told him that, he said that he would proceed with the legal matter.  I told him go ahead and do what you gotta do!.  This is a huge scam and don't fall for it!

I too received an email threatening legal action regarding a loan from Advance Cash Expert, I have never gotten one from this company.  It says if I do not pay 605 dollars within two days of the email I would be facing legal action. I attempted to call the number provided and it rang and then hung up. I also attemtped to respond to the email and it says it's not a valid email address.  I hate these people that do this crap!!

I just got an email from this same clown.  I sent a reply back, asking for the "alleged account information".  I never took a PD loan from Advance Cash Expert.  I have used one service and they are currently paid off.

I received a threatening email with this phone number, stating that I owed a debt.  Obviously, I am not the only individual that has received an email like this.  Please, find out who this person is and put a stop to it.
