unwanted phone calls to our elementary school for an employee

Collecting debt that doesn't exist

I have received several phone calls from this number and others.
The caller name that he says is Officer Jean Parker with Satte Investigations Department, keep in mind he doesnt speak english very well. He said there is a legal affidavit against me and my SS# is under way station and there are 3 alligations against me and I am being sued for fraud. Who does this and how do they get your information. I will be turning this company in for harrassment and being lied to just to get money out of me.

Continuous calling for an employee. Will call several times in an hour time frame even though he has been repeatedly told not to call back. The employee was not at work - called us liars. Given names either Jim Parker or Gene Parker.  In one of the phone calls he said he is with the National Crime Investigation. When asked where it was located, all he said was New York State. Refused to give a city. Gave Badge Number 553, and stated he was a police officer. Will hang up the phone every time I say that I am recording the conversation. As a debt collector he is breaking the law, but who do you complain to? How do you stop the harassing phone calls to the employer?

I just got a call and a voicemail from a man that claims to be Officer Jean Parker. He says i owe Cash Advance Money and i better pay it before he has his men come to my address and arrest me. He claims he knows where i work and where i live, but when i ask him a simple question, he freezes up and cant answer it. I have ran the badge number and it is a fake (CFI6339). If this man calls you and tells you this stuff then just simply ask him a question that you know for sure will be on the paper he claims he has on you. Or start to argue will him and he will get loud and try to be louder than you. He will then hang up on you. Somebody with a real business will NOT hang up on you like that, they will try to reason with you.

I just got a call from 5182501422 sayin his is officer Brad King with State Investigations Department.  He said the same the same thing to me as you each have said. This is terrible!!! There has to be a way to stop this foolery!!!

I just recieved the same phone call except he said his name was john parker. He tried to get some personal info out of me said either i pay for a payday loan i took out last year or he was going to have me arrested for fraud. I have never taken out a payday loan. I started asking for his credentials and he was very loud with me and hung up. I am going to somehow find a way to stop this guy what he is doing is illegal.

i have found a website who you can report this guy to and if enough of us report him he will be investigated the web site is www.fbi.gov and once on the site look for the fraud ic3 then click on it and make the report
